“Good morning, Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome to our seminars on open Canada data or just open Canada, as we're trying to open Canada for everyone, using open data.

We have plenty of data provided by the government of Canada and we are quite lucky to have this data because data provides a lot of information. When you have questions, you get back to the data and data will prevent provide you the answers.

Where do we get data ? - Let's remind everyone where we get all our official data. For that, please go on our main open Canada portal, and the way to get there is from our original ivim.ca website and then you could see that we are moving this dashboard onto a new location on google site and that we created also a couple of shortcuts: ivim.ca/open-canada or ivim.ca/o. All of these would just bring you to the main page, which has been in development since April and which is developed with contribution from many individuals.

So, what we're doing today? Let's go to the seminar page. - That's where you would get all the information about the logistics of the seminars and that's also where you would see information about past seminars and the agenda for this week.

Now, this agenda was prepared back on the weekend (last weekend) and I thought we would talk more about the definition of fully vaccinated and protected in different provinces.

In general, after the last presentation last week, it was very interesting to investigate how different provinces report these different status, because now we understand that what were originally called fully vaccinated, in fact, may not be considered fully vaccinated [anymore] or may not be considered protected. In fact, they are not considered protected in several provinces, unless they have another dose - the third dose, and we could extrapolate it in six months from now - maybe the fourth, the fifth [dose] and so on, we don't know, right ? But we see [can] the algorithm, the strategy, and we call it a game plan- a game plan from the Masters who are developing these guidelines for many countries. We're now not talking talking only about Canada, but many countries around the globe, right?

So that's where you would get all the information. Now, excellent great news.

3:23 “War is over” (?)

I would say, it's a victory day in Canada. The war is over. The civil war is over or, at least, many people would like to think that's the case.

It really has become almost like a civil war even within a democratic country like Canada, where people have been divided into [two antagonistic groups]. In the past it would be loyalists versus [ federalists - patriots ], in Russia it would be red army versus white army.

Even within the same family, you would have children against their parents, or father against mother, one is pushing to get all vaccines for their children (the third, the fourth dose) and the other parent would say “no, we actually have to save our children from all those doses”. And there are legal cases, which now are resolved in the favour of children. And what is interesting - right now, in the “favour of children” means not getting the next dose, because based on the latest data, children don't get as much benefit from vaccine as elderly.

Okey, so that's where you get all the information. Now, we'll go soon to the main results from public health agency of Canada. But let me just get back to this wonderful news.

The news is breaking, really breaking. “Federal government has announced a suspension of vaccine mandates for federal employees and for passengers wishing to board a plane or train in Canada”

This is such a breeze of relief. In fact, I've seen people crying. They've been waiting for this [so long]. Many of them were hoping to get back to work back on April the 6th, which is when the policy was supposed to be changed, but unfortunately this promise was ignored by our government. It took more than two months for the government to update its mandatory vaccination strategy. And all those families were waiting, in fact, many of them in a very desperate, very pessimistic, state of mind. Lots of stress sick leaves were also taken, because this is unbelievable to maintain a normal life without salary [for so long]

So, we are getting [back] to normal. This is the best news, and I hope, ladies and gentlemen, maybe this week would be my last week when I spent so much time showing you the evidence about the data - the data which is obtained from official government of Canada of sources.

Again, we need to applaud government Canada for making this data available and for allowing us to openly talk about this. And we showed many times that vaccine works, but for some population it works better than the other. Or we can rephrase it : “for some population it doesn't work as well as for the other population”, and there is negligible benefit but there is substantial risk [for some populations]. We'll get back to all those risks analysis in a few minutes, because for this particular purpose we have redesigned our dashboard.

Remember in last seminar, we talked about this dashboard, and we were saying why all provinces only report cases, cases, covid cases, maybe also categorization of [covid deaths]? They should also equally include the other kind of a gauge/metric here, which shows the deaths or severe adverse events from vaccination - so that to present an objective picture [about the state of the country dealing with pandemic].

8:20 Update on Cases following vaccinations from PHAC

We'll talk more about the dashboard just in a few minutes , but lets first go to our official source, and look at the newly reported Cases following vaccinations (Table 2).

And we always look just at these two numbers, because these two numbers just prove again and again, every week, that we're right, that we were right from the very beginning, when in December we told (first in our close group of colleagues of data scientists within government of Canada, but then we started talking about it to all Canadians, and we reported it to the office of auditor general) that the bias is used, the advantage is used to report these percentages - percentages of fully vaccinated among cases, because they count since December 2020, when there were no full vaccinated.

And because this advantage diminishes with time, you get these numbers (percentage of full vaccinated in covid deaths) going up, and only up. But actually it goes faster than what I was originally predicting. And we can see how it goes:

For the 29th of may, it shows the percentage of fully explained among deaths has increased from 35.9 % to 37.2 % . And we call it “reported percentage of full vaccinated among covid deaths (rPFVACD)”.

This is the metric which we monitor as a proof - to remind officials, to remind politicians, how this data was manipulated to be reported in such a way as to skew the result, in such a way as to show that there are not too many of cases among vaccinated. No, the truth is - there are many, very many, if I can say that in English.(“Trop” comme on dit en francais).

When we recomputed these number by week, we see that for this week it's 93 % [fully-vaccinated] among infections and 87 % among deaths.

But we talked many times this is not the most important metric. The most important metric, when we talk about the efficacy of vaccine, is what is call odds or metrics recomputed relative to the vaccination status population [size], and this is reported right here:

You see here how many deaths we have since July [… They go up and down, but don’t forget this are deaths from COVID and with COVID].

And as we talked about the fact that vaccine helps, this is how you would show it - this red bar shows you the number of people who are unvaccinated (or I would say who are “0 dose vaccinated”). It's higher than the average [shown in blue line].

Now, from now on, I think, I should be avoiding the term full of vaccinated or unvax because, as you see, now people who are 2-doses vaccinated will not be called fully vaccinated, just as myself. I received one dose, as many of you already know, in May last year. In fact, I was one of the first to receive the first dose, because that's what I thought I should do, based on the information which was available to me at the time. But then back in January, when new information came, I understood that my informed decision is not to get the second shot.

And we talked about the fact that people with one dose actually seem to be doing better in terms of statistics, compared to two doses and three doses since January. But anyway, you see - vaccines do help. We need to admit it. We don't need to contradict the fact. We need to applaud the efforts of our scientists and medical practitioners. But then we need to track changes over time and we see that since May it's about the same - [and, in fact] zero doses are less than average. It's the three doses who are more than average.

So, three doses are more likely to [ «TABOO WORD» ] and I will not say this word - you will say yourself! … because that's another topic of my presentation today - that google has removed my last video from last seminar. Let me now review this seminar with you.

14:25 Google censored my last seminar recording, use of NLP to detect “misinformation”

As you remember, we talked about the data as reported in new Brunswick. And we have a newsletter here (called «What happens to "fully vaccinated" who become "unprotected"? » ), and we published another one here (called « Fully vaccinated? Welcome to the Club of "Unprotected"! »). Let's look at this newsletter here.

So it just tell that “unprotected refers to fully vaccinated more than six months”. So I said exactly that - I just quoted that ‘unprotected’ refers to ‘fully vaccinated’ unless they have been vaccinated with additional dose or recently.

And I think, what is called natural language processing, which is an algorithmic technique, AI, an artificial intelligence techniques, which is used in processing voice or text - called NLP (natural language processing) [was used here]. I think that's how it works - it finds these words which are not allowed to be said by google or facebook. And I think - I've analyzed why they have removed this particular video - because I said fully unvaccinated are unprotected, so essentially I just quoted exactly the official new Brunswick definition of unprotected, and i think that the reason why google has removed - it striked my video and didn't allow me to publish for one more week.

But you decide for yourself - if there is any anything which I said that can be considered as misinformation. This is just true information, as true as one could possibly get it, from official sources.

But this led me to create another channel. - In addition to YouTube channel, we now have a Rumble channel. And at the Rumble channel, you don't have this problem. You would have there the same seminar. 18:00 Concluding remarks

So that's the end for this part, which are we call the Update.

I will let everyone read the news yourself go to the CBC website. Or, also in self-help there is News button, and that's where we put all the news related to legality and revoking of vaccine mandates. And I just included a few articles from the Globe and Mail, from CTV, from Hill times, which is our parliament newspaper, and from CBC.

So, go there and let's hope again, my dear Canadians.

I know, we're all good people, noone wants anything bad for anyone, right ? But people have suffered tremendously and for wrong reason, essentially because of either ignorance or unprofessionalism or lack of diligence, I think, of people who are making the decisions.

The decisions should have been made [ to allow these workers to return to work ] back in February. That's when the convoy has started, and that was the reason for the freedom convoy - to revoke vaccine mandates, because other countries have already revoked it, but not Canada.

And the data was showing already [back then] that there is no difference in transmission - right ? - between [un]vaccinated and fully vaccinated (or whatever you call them - “zero-dose vaccinated, one-dose vaccinated, two-dose vaccinated, three- dose vaccinated, four-dose vaccinated”) there is no difference in how you transmit the disease.

And there is some minor difference in protection, but again no significant difference. This is very important to note here .

Also in Observations here - we have them at the bottom [now on top of dashboard as collapsible section] , we put it here: that vaccines are proved to reduce covid cases - right? - but no significant reduction is observed since December 2021.

Vaccines are proved to reduce covid cases, but No Significant difference among N-dose vaccinated people since December 2021 (N from 0 to 4).

And “significant” - anyone talking about “significance” or “significant” - you mean an order of magnitude. It's not two times more, three times more. It's ten times more, and that was the case back in summer last year - see image below - red bars was over ten. But now we're talking about 2, or 1.3.

And this is combined [averaged] for all ages!

This is End of the First part of seminar. Below is the snapshot of the Dashboard discussed in the Second Half of the presentation, which talks about a new gauge (shown in the bottom right corner in image), which compares “Toll from Covid vaccine” to “Toll from Covid” - first for all ages combined and then for children under 18. The number is staggering - 39.81. That is, for every young person dying of or with covid, we have 40 other young persons suffering from severe adverse vaccine reactions. This is officially reported PHAC statistics… And this is only “severe reactions”, we are not counting here long-term “non-severe reactions”, and those reactions that have not reported yet , or proved yet as resulting from the vaccine…
