Two hearings this Friday in the same building
If you are in Ottawa valley region, please consider attending two hearings that will held this Fri 26 Jan - both in Gatineau Courthouse (17 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec)
for Ms. Lis-Kalinowski at 2pm in Room 4, in English - in relationship to the charges against her for not wearing masks in a restaurant and unfair treatment in the court (Her full story here)
for Ms. Silvia Moniz at 9am in Room 3, in French - who will defend her application for judicial review against a motion to dismiss by the defendant, the Attorney General of Canada. At the same time, she will apply for a stay of proceedings pending a decision by the Board on its jurisdiction.
