Alberta law firm launches class action lawsuit against the province and the federal government, alleging "unlawful, negligent, and deceptive practices" in the "marketing, promotion, and distribution of the Covid vaccines."

Arbitrator rules 9 Ontario nurses who were fired over the COVID-19 vaccine policy was “unreasonable.”

Arbitrator James Hayes has ruled that nine Ontario nurses, dismissed for not receiving two COVID-19 vaccinations, should be reinstated as their termination was deemed "unreasonable" according to the decision.

Hayes wrote, "Nurses intent on remaining unvaccinated are a small minority everywhere, but their employee rights may not be ignored."

The decision says that the vaccine policy should have led to placing employees on unpaid leave, enabling their return if there were policy changes or changes in their vaccination status, instead of terminating them for misconduct.

BREAKING: Australian Chief Health Officer Dr. John Gerrard says scientific study proves long COVID doesn’t exist.

One of Australia's leading doctors is urging everyone to refrain from using the term “long COVID” following a new study that found the long-term effects of the coronavirus are no different from those of other viruses like the flu.

The study conducted by Queensland Health examined over 5000 Queenslanders who experienced respiratory illness symptoms from late May to late June 2022, during the spread of the Omicron variant across the state.

LOOK: An access to information request from the Public Health Agency of Canada reveals that they purchased hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 treatment, despite advising against its use for this purpose to the public.

A 3000-page response to our access to information request, seeking internal communications and documents mentioning Ivermectin, has uncovered something interesting about hydroxychloroquine.

On page 182, it acknowledges that the Public Health Agency of Canada has purchased five different therapeutics for COVID-19, including hydroxychloroquine, which the Canadian government has strongly condemned and advised people not to take for treatment.
