Watch: UK Parliament to debate the petition to reject WHO IHR amendments. Update on other big news of the year: NCI Final Report, Cannes winner "UNACCEPTABLE?" and record-breaking HC petition e-4701
Seven days left to Christmas. Seven days left to the closing of the petition which will make a historical landmark in the Canadian history. What's next?
UPDATE (2023/12/20): You can watch the highlights of the UK Parliament debate on IHR amendments at https://www.canadaexitwho.ca/world/uk-debate. I would even say it's a must-watch for every person who was affected by the pandemic, as six honorable members of the UK parliament expose the problems with WHO and how it mishandled the pandemic. As some say, this is when the house of cards is starting to fall, as more and more people start seeing the emperor is naked. The name of the emperor is W.H.O.
Item #1: UK debate on IHR amendments. What’s next - we will find out tomorrow.
Something very interesting will happen today in UK (on 18 December 2023). UK Parliament will debate the petition that received over 100K signatures demanding Parliamentary vote on whether to reject amendments to the WHO IHR 2005
You'll be able to watch it online on the UK Parliament YouTube channel.

Item 2: NCI Commissioners’ Final Report presentations fully edited by CPAC on YouTube. Update from ivim.ca/NCI. What’s next - you have everything you need to grow the awareness about this historical event
CPAC, the Cable Public Affairs Channel, is Canada's only privately-owned, commercial free, not-for-profit, bilingual TV service, dedicated to around the clock coverage of Parliament, politics and public affairs.
CPAC recorded the live streaming of the NCI Commissioners’ Final Report presentations on November 28, 2023. The raw live streaming video has been edited by trimming irrelevant content, removing 30 minutes from the beginning and end of the live stream. Embedding and remixing have also been enabled. This makes it possible for everyone to share and include any portion of these historical presentations everywhere - directly from YouTube - for sharing with colleagues, neighbors, and relatives.
Just Google “cpac nci-cenc” and it will will lead you to the CPAC video.
Alternatively, you can go to www.ivim.ca/NCI page, which provides links to all NCI presentations on YouTube - from both English and French sessions, along with transcripts and quotes from those presentations.
While there, take note of the new NCI buttons (shown below), which you will soon be able to order directly from NCI.
Quick Start Guide on 'Initiating conversations with those who are unaware of the NCI has been also edited and further extended with “Easiest three pieces of evidence that can be used to spark a discussion with anyone:
I found these three the easiest to grasp by those who never heard of the NCI.
Item 3: More awards for “Unacceptable?” - the winner of the Cannes film festival and the lack of coverage about it in main stream channels. What’s next - introducing alternative Canadian-made independent channel, where you can watch this and many other great movies and documentaries: https://freedomnetwork.tv/catalog
The next two items are a follow up on the Breaking News that I published in my previous post.
I was stroke by the following comment provided to the article .
So how did it escape me that UNACCEPTABLE? won an award at the Cannes World Film Festival last May? I posted this on my SM, and this was news to hundreds as well. In a different world, our country would have been so proud of this honour.
Some of folks even hinted that this could be a hoax - this film did not won anything , because if it did , there would have been headlines everywhere, which was not the case.
So I did some more research and this what I found. Source: https://m.imdb.com/title/tt27419675/awards/.
This movie did, in fact, win an award at CANNES and several other awards in a number of other prestigious festivals, as listed below.
Swedish International Film Festival
2023 Nominee Festival Prize Best Documentary
New York International Film Awards
2023 Winner May Monthly Award Best Director Feature
2023 Nominee May Monthly Award Best Inspirational Film
2023 Winner May Monthly Award Best Social Justice Film
Cannes World Film Festival - 2023 Winner Best Covid Theme Film

The bottom line is that we live in special times now, when we may no longer rely on traditional mainstream media and need to explore other sources of information and entertainment for ourselves. Luckily (or as result), more and more of such sources are coming up, including in Canada. Here’s one: https://freedomnetwork.tv/catalog. Check it out!
Item 4: The House of Commons petition e-4701( that calls upon the House of Commons to call for a vote of no confidence in Justin Trudeau and the Liberal/NDP coalition) has now received astounding over 1/3 million signatures - with still one more week to go before it closes on Christmas eve. What’s next - www.fppledge.ca
Some say this petition, like any other, has no binding effect on anything. It does not matter whether it gets 5K or 500K signatures - there will be no vote of no confidence, and there will be no federal elections held. So here’s what I’d like to say:
Indeed, signing this petition may seem like a symbolic token. However, this is exactly how the mentality of our society will change from an "observatory" state to a "participatory" state.
If you prove (to yourself and others!) that you can take 5 minutes of your time to sign the petition, then you will be able to do even more - to bring our country from its current state of democracy to participatory democracy. In a participatory democracy, everyone will be able to participate in the democratic process, not only once every four years (during elections) but continuously, using a mechanism known as the “Fundamental Principle Pledge”“Fundamental Principle Pledge” (www.fppledge.ca).
Every Canadian who pledges support for the Fundamental Principles of Democracy will be provided with tools to hold their elected representatives accountable for each action, each vote, and each public statement. This will be very exciting. This will be the dawn of the country we want to have.
More about this monumental initiative in my next posts. In the meantime, please go to www.fppledge.ca, and if you do care about the future of democracy in Canada, please leave your name and contact there. I have already done so.
Soon, we will know where each of our politicians and elected representatives stand with respect to the Fundamental Democratic Principles, and then YOU will know what to do about those politicians who do not stand for you and for your democratic rights.
PS. As a summary and a common theme to all of the above, enjoy the following Music Video uploaded to the @IVIM YouTube channel. Share it around!
