Why do the people need a Petition to withdraw from the UN when all Powers necessary or proper for performing the Obligations of Canada or of any Province thereof towards Foreign Countries, do not include unelected bureaucrats at international organizations like the United Nations and World Health Organization https://www.fic.nih.gov/Global/Pages/NGOs.aspx and NGOs like the World Economic Forum https://www.bing.com/search?q=Headquartered+in+Cologny%2C+the+WEF+also+has+offices+in+New+York%2C+Beijing+and+Tokyo.+In+January+2015%2C+it+was+designated+an+NGO+with+"other+international+body"+status+by+the+Swiss+Federal+Government+under+the+Swiss+Host-State+Act.&form=ANNTH1&refig=fa4a6857319540ee86c93c41a12fb99d
