Loving one’s self is good - but God is FIRST (We must always have a reverence and preference only to Him)
It (loving one’s self) is also only equal to loving others - meaning- THERE is the balance- Do unto others as you would do to yourself. Treat others as you treat yourself. Not giving yourself preferential treatment or certain people above others preferential treatment either.
Jesus is not saying to be a doormat . You wouldn’t walk all over yourself - & don’t walk on others & don’t let them walk on you. Love yourself AND others. There is the balance. Jesus gave the answer to us. There is the perfect model for right living.
In regards to the four pillars of self care - It’s ironic that I am writing this at 2am when I ought to be sleeping. But there it is. I love you, Brother, I love your family, and I know you love me and my family. If you would loose sleep worrying about the world and writing for us, I will loose sleep reassuring you - all is as it should be and I also will write.

What are the odds of fires starting all over our country - all at once & not yet in the heat of summer?

“… But when these things begin to happen, look up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near."
Please , Brother , do not loose anymore sleep over this, or ask AI for anymore answers that might seem to come from any insincere politician😆 I believe they use AI to answer all the hard questions , when they should be using their hearts and The Word of God.
Brother, I know where your heart is and so does God. So does your wife and daughters. That is the only thing that matters. Keep doing your part , as you always have, and sleep well. Receive the Peace of God that rises above all understanding. No one can take away that Peace.
